FAQ

Common Setup Questions

You need your username, password, and server URL (M3U link or portal URL). These are sent to your email within 1–2 hours after subscribing. You can also contact us on WhatsApp for instant delivery.
Check your internet connection speed (minimum 10 Mbps recommended), verify your credentials are entered correctly, and make sure your subscription is active. If problems persist, contact our 24/7 WhatsApp support.
We recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD streaming and 25 Mbps for 4K content. For multiple simultaneous streams, multiply accordingly. Most Canadian home internet connections easily meet these requirements.
Try connecting via ethernet instead of WiFi, reduce the stream quality in your player settings, restart your router and device, or try a different server stream. A VPN can also help in some cases. Contact support if issues continue.
